REVIEWS
“I read this book expecting a children's story, but it is so much more! I was moved to tears by the content and the children I was reading to were captivated and curious. This is a wonderful way for people of all ages to spark discussion about the phases of life and the interconnection of everything around us and within us.”
—Maggie McCaffrey“What a beautiful story! This book includes an invitation to parents/caregivers to help their little one acknowledge the themes of this story in an age-appropriate way. Dr. Berry found a delightfully sweet way to deliver big concepts like fear, grief, uncertainty, and interconnectedness to children and their families. This is a wonderful resource for not only children, but adults to acknowledge our connection to this world and our experiences in it. As a therapist, I will be recommending this book to clients of all ages.”
—Sharnise H.“I was at a live reading of the book from the author and I was captivated the entire time. It introduces children and even me as an adult to a new perspective on loss. I enjoyed it so much I bought a book for my niece as it was a great read.”
—Alana“This is truly a story that all children should continuously read. It discusses some of the most important values we tend to forget into adulthood, the beauty of imagination, the importance of being yourself and knowing what you want out of life, and the beauty of being a life long learner!”
