SHIPPING:
We will send you an email confirming when your order has been shipped. This is typically within three days of purchase.
RETURNS:
Returns can be applied to print books up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or fill out our contact form. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Ebooks are non-returnable.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us, and we will get you sorted. If you are approved, then your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. NOTE: We will not issue a refund/replacement if the address entered on the order was incorrect.
